 Previous experience in project management, technical support, software development or QA Knowledge of TCP/IP, firewalls, routers, switches, VPN, IPS, Antivirus, Web Filtering, Antispam, etc. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and professionalism
 Self-motivated, detail-oriented, ability to work under pressure

Educational Qualifications:
 Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline

The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be between $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
