As a Project Manager, you will:

• Collaborate with the Sales team to define and understand service requirements for new service deployments.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including MIS, to prioritize tasks and establish realistic completion targets.
• Work with Service teams to assist in the development of new platforms and services that will be integrated into Fortinet’s security portfolio.
• Support the development of project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or obstacles that may arise, ensuring successful and on-time project completion.
• Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in handling complex customer escalations and working closely with the Sales team and the Support team, especially in the areas of Networking, Cybersecurity, Software Development, or Infrastructure.
• Proven experience (2+ years) working as a Project Manager on OpenStack platforms, Containerization, Automation, or other related, with a strong understanding of IT operations and project management methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, firewalls, routers, switches, VPN, IPS, Antivirus, Web Filtering, Antispam, etc.
• Strong understanding of service deployment processes and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Sense of urgency for the field requests and good judgement of severity and business impact.
• Strong planning and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and strategic mindset.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• CCNA or CCIE (a bonus)
• RHCE (preferred)
