As a Field Marketing Specialist at JFrog you will…
  • Create and build high impact marketing initiatives to increase new business opportunities and expansion with existing customers.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing and demand generation plans to generate quality leads, aligned with overall marketing strategies and business objectives in UK and potentially in additional tier2 countries that may be required.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand market trends, prospect and customer challenges, and feedback to tailor marketing efforts effectively.

  • Initiate , lead, manage and activate regional marketing trade shows, roundtables, or other type events and seminars, physical or virtual, ensuring smooth execution and maximum attendance and follow up activities for demand generation and pipeline acceleration.

  • Localize marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials, in coordination with the relevant marketing team. Localization of language, sales stages, persona, tech adoption, use case or anything else required in the field.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify marketing opportunities, prospect/customer preferences and needs, as well as competitor activities.

  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently to achieve maximum ROI on marketing activities.

  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, e.g. third-party vendors, partners, internal JFrog peers in marketing and other departments to foster best in class activities and results.- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative marketing techniques to enhance the company's competitive edge.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;

  • 5-7 years of experience in field marketing or related roles (creating and executing on activities that create pipeline and expansion), B2B is a must, preferably within the Security or DevOps industry.

  • Experience partnering with SDR/BDRs and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along the buyer’s journey.

  • Must be an efficient self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

  • Self-motivated and reliable individual with a hands-on approach and a proven ability to work independently.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (eg Tablau, Looker), marketing management tools (eg. Monday, ClickUp, Wrike) and CRM software (eg SalesForce) and marketing automation (eg. Marketo, Hubspot, Elloqua).

  • - Fluent in English; additional languages like German or French are a BIG plus.

  • Ability to travel within EMEA and occasionally internationally as required.

  • Experience in channel marketing and expertise in developing and executing strategies to drive partner engagement - Highly advantage
