As a Process Management Professional in our Finance team you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm

You will be responsible for facilitating conversations with internal business partners and subject matter experts to gather information to create and publish procedures, job aids, and reference information., and publishing the final content. You will be accountable for day-to-day management of content in your assigned topics, ensuring formal review and approvals are obtained as well as the annual evergreen process. Over time, you are expected to become a subject matter expert on specific business topics and processes related to the topics you manage.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze data/information to determine tactical and strategic impacts.
  • Lead and facilitate business process/procedure conversations with business partners/subject matter experts.
  • Collaborate and build relationships across lines of business, and with partners at all levels of the organization.
  • Enable evolution from current to future state through a process improvement and controls mindset and skills.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and/or efficiencies in existing processes.
  • Adapt to change responsively and adaptably. Work effectively in a fast-paced, always changing environment.
  • Participate in the development of goals and execution of strategies within the organization. Make decisions guided by policies and/or established processes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Process improvement mindset with intent to be subject matter expert for assigned topics
  • Process improvement and controls mindset and skills that enable vision of evolution from current to future state while identifying gaps and opportunities for improvements / efficiencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Conflict resolution, change management, influencing, project management, delegation, and coaching skills
  • Line of business, business process and procedures, and business applications knowledge

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Chase Wealth Management, J.P. Morgan Advisors, regulatory and/or wealth management experience
  • Process management experience with business processes, and writing procedures, job aids and reference materials is preferred
  • May be required to have business-specific skills or certification
  • Experience with Adobe Dreamweaver and/or knowledge management tools/systems is preferred
