Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as product manager overall working on large scale projects across diverse organizations and product offerings.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Deeply technical person who truly understands ML/AI and how data can be leveraged.
• Previous product management experience, especially in building mobile applications.
• Experience in building data driven products, ability to use data to inform product decisions.
• A track-record of independence, thinking outside the box and delivering world class solutions.
• The ability to lead across disciplines, collaborate, and influence your peers.
• The ability to empathize, listen, and obsess over our customers, external and internal.

As a Senior Product Manager in this role, you will:

• Identify user needs and product opportunities based on usage patterns and behavior. Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements.
• Create clear and concise product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria with justification, vision, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, researchers, marketers, and other stakeholders to launch and iterate on your features.
• Run experiments to test hypothesis, use data and insights to inform decisions and measure outcomes. Prepare, present, and discuss business goals, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Establish a shared vision within the team and with partners by building consensus on business priorities leading to timely product execution.
