The Sales Technology Specialistis an individual contributor responsible to provide daily administrative support for existing IT application & solution, to support data science projects, and participate in developing IT solutions both extension of existing IT product or prototype for new IT product.

This role is assigned to a squad (project team) as a member, and work with Product Owner (project lead) and other members in Japan and overseas to provide the technical capabilities (IT solutions) required to promote Omni-channel Engagement.

-Is interested in learning sales technology solutions with other professionals.

Primary Activities / Responsibilities:

• Be a part of squad team in an agile organization, and work as a squad member to deliver sales technology solutions, omni-channel CRM, and other customer facing solutions to Japan business users, by collaborating with product teams based in Singapore, Czech and US
  • Implement system/features agreed with business users in Japan by working with product teams based in overseas
  • Provide consultation to business users to maximize the use of platform solutions
  • Collaborate with solution architects to design/build a lean and sustainable solutions
  • Validate dataflow and design of database, change request analysis and implementation in sales technology solutions
  • System documentation regarding above
• Partner with global product teams who deliver sales and marketing capabilities, to develop a mid-to-long term strategy to enable business objectives with the latest technologies
• Support business users in Japan with IT governance process, such as SDLC and IT risk management, etc

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong IT skills backed by experience
  • 6+ years of relevant work experiences in business application development and solution delivery.
  • 3+ years' experience in IT solution delivery project as a project manager who cover end-to-end delivery (ITIL, PMP certification preferred)
  • 3+ years' experience in IT solution delivery project as a business analyst and/or a technical analysist
  • 3+ years’ experience in IT solution delivery project with multi-platform environment where data integration is required
  • 2+ years’ experience with vendor management, testing methodology, and SDLC documentation practices

• Other
  • 3+ years of working experience in multi-national companies with industry regulation such as financial/medical device, etc
  • 2+ years' of experience in managing a team in global matrix environment/structure
  • Fluent in English / Japanese is optional but preferred

Educational Qualifications:

• B.S. or M.S. in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Nice to have:

• Experience with Salesforce.com
• Participated in, or be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices
