What you'll do

As a Working Student (f/m/d) in UX Design on the SAP Build Product Suite team, you will support our design efforts and learn from experienced professionals.

You will:

  • Assist in designing user-centric experiences: Collaborate on the discovery, design, and iteration of user interfaces to help create intuitive, engaging experiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and content specialists—contributing ideas, receiving feedback, and integrating design insights into the overall product.
  • Support user research: Help gather user feedback, participate in usability testing, and assist in analyzing behavioral data to spot areas for design improvements.
  • Contribute to quality control: Aid in auditing and reviewing the product to identify design inconsistencies and help maintain high standards as the product evolves.
  • Learn and apply best practices: Absorb established design standards and continuously build your skills while contributing to a collaborative design culture.


What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
  • Basic proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma) and a keen interest in learning about prototyping and design systems
  • Experience with UX design, interaction design, human machine interaction or a similar field
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
  • Exposure to user research methods and a genuine curiosity about understanding user needs
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple tasks
  • Open to feedback, eager to learn, and passionate about creating user-friendly designs
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Locations are either Walldorf or Berlin
