Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 15 years of experience in quota-carrying cloud, software, or technology sales and account management in a business-to-business (B2B) software company.
  • Experience managing and leading a Sales team and delivering new customer growth at scale.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience leveraging cross-functional leaders including engineering, marketing, partner sales managers, external partners and solution specialists to build and implement sales strategies that yield positive business outcomes and results.
  • Experience leading a team of sellers working with customers that span multiple industries and aligning technology solutions to drive high value business outcomes.
  • Experience building high-performing teams in a competitive environment.
  • Experience leading a team to acquire new customers at scale.
  • Experience promoting Greenfield accounts.
  • Knowledge of startup customers and the differentiated value that Google Cloud can provide these clients.
