Job Description

1. 協助企業制定永續策略並優化現行永續管理組織與管理機制、建立永續文化
2. 協助企業制定ESG品牌策略並與相關事務連接
3. 協助客戶導入各項國際準則，包括：GRI、IFRS S1/S2、SASB、TCFD、SBTi等
4. 協助企業建立永續供應鏈及相關ESG管理程序優化
5. 協助企業編撰永續報告書(ESG Report)
6. 其他工作事項：
- 參與新服務開發
- 利用新工具研發方法論，持續學習並創新、分享知識予團隊成員，同時優化服務效率與流程
- 部門行政、行銷活動事務
7. 服務項目如下：
- TCFD、SASB、碳策略分析、CDP、永續供應鏈、TNFD、SROI、EcoVadis、人權盡職調查、PRI、PSI、PRB、DJSI、MSCI
- 環境、能源及氣候相關ISO或管理系統、SBTi、內部碳定價
- 永續服務：IFRS S1/S2導入、ESG報告書、永續教育訓練、永續委員會建立、其他永續發展策略服務

1. 協助製作規劃提案、永續相關主題教育訓練簡報
2. 執行諮詢顧問專案。(資深顧問：應有能力了解和掌握客戶需求和期望，以專業和品質導向，領導團隊發展對應的工作與執行範疇)
3. 少量業務開發工作及對外活動規劃
4. 學習新專業領域並開發新服務

1. Assist and analyze work connected to sustainability reports and conduct customized research relevant to climate change, carbon emissions, and sustainability issues; company level and country-level research.
2. Maintaining strong working relationships with key business decision-makers, both internally and externally.
3. Identifying and communicating trends, developments, and key performance drivers relevant to the client, while demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry and marketplace.
4. Support activities/seminars related to marketing events.
5. Supporting client relationships, business development, and account management leadership.
6. Support projects delivery and initiatives both externally and internally.

3. 熟悉或有意願發展企業相關的再生能源領域法規、趨勢研究
4. 良好的專案管理能力
5. 擅長資訊收集分析，具撰寫優質報告能力
- 具以下經驗者尤佳：
* 對氣候相關財務揭露、SBTi、碳及能資源管理、企業ESG風險管理、企業環境相關的財務影響評估、國際供應鏈採購或稽核實務等具備經驗、熱忱和敏銳度
* 執行企業經營管理分析、市場分析、品牌策略、風險分析專案之經驗
* 具TCFD、環境、能資源及氣候相關ISO或管理系統等相關證照

• Undertaking a Degree, preferably in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Sciences or other branches of engineering (chemical/ mechanical/ electrical). Non-engineering undergraduate students (accounting, business, social science, media studies) who have a strong interest in the sustainability field are also welcome to apply.

•Self-motivated, proactive, and committed.
•Willing to learn and able to work under pressure.
•Fluent in spoken and written English; be capable to communicate with team worldwide.
•Willing to develop business-related renewable energy field regulations, trends, and research. Other desirable experiences.
•With a minimum of two years of experience working in a Consultancy/in the field of ESG/Sustainability.
•Client Relations Management/ Project Management.
•Corporate risk assessment, communication with relevant stakeholders, ESG disclosures (including ESG reports and International Comparison Questionnaires).
•Familiar with Sustainable Development /ESG issues.
•Expertise in Finance and Business Administration is a plus.
•Environmental-related licenses and certifications(e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 50001, Product Carbon Footprint, Water Footprint, etc.)
•Experience in Third-party Audit/Verification, ESG Report Assurance, etc.
