WHAT YOU”LL DO
- Lead strategic capture efforts for large government programs within the DoD & Civilian Agencies
- Meet and exceed pipeline and bookings goals.
- Develop and execute winning capture strategies, including bid/no-bid decisions and crafting value propositions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, Sales teams, and other stakeholders to analyze the market and recommend strategic priorities.
- Monitor and manage opportunities on bid boards to ensure alignment with broader sales goals.
- Partner with Solution Architects and Sales Engineers to validate technical solutions and ensure delivery feasibility.
- Oversee post-award contract transitions, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
- Drive go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Product Managers, Legal, and Sales Engineering teams.
- Engage in complex negotiations and foster strong relationships with senior decision-makers and external stakeholders.
WHAT YOU”LL BRING
- Proven experience capturing and closing large government programs.
- Knowledge of SaaS/Security solutions, security and cloud
- Demonstrated success in developing winning value propositions and executing strategic sales initiatives.
- Experience working with channel and alliance partners.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
- Intimate knowledge of and established relationships within the DoD & Civilian Agencies are highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience required.
- TS/SCI clearance Preferred
