WHAT YOU”LL DO

  • Lead strategic capture efforts for large government programs within the DoD & Civilian Agencies
  • Meet and exceed pipeline and bookings goals.
  • Develop and execute winning capture strategies, including bid/no-bid decisions and crafting value propositions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, Sales teams, and other stakeholders to analyze the market and recommend strategic priorities.
  • Monitor and manage opportunities on bid boards to ensure alignment with broader sales goals.
  • Partner with Solution Architects and Sales Engineers to validate technical solutions and ensure delivery feasibility.
  • Oversee post-award contract transitions, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Product Managers, Legal, and Sales Engineering teams.
  • Engage in complex negotiations and foster strong relationships with senior decision-makers and external stakeholders.

WHAT YOU”LL BRING

  • Proven experience capturing and closing large government programs.
  • Knowledge of SaaS/Security solutions, security and cloud
  • Demonstrated success in developing winning value propositions and executing strategic sales initiatives.
  • Experience working with channel and alliance partners.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
  • Intimate knowledge of and established relationships within the DoD & Civilian Agencies are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience required.
  • TS/SCI clearance Preferred
