The successful incumbent will have but not limited to:
- Must be comfortable working in an ambiguous environment, when there are constant demands for data and structure that may not currently exist.
- Support the executive leading our Federal Civilian team to drive business development campaigns and development of a portfolio of opportunities into capture.
- It is expected that this person will be able to advocate and evangelize Intel's capability offerings, drive projects and build-out customer strategies that are complemented by Intel's capability offerings across the entire business. This will be performed through a variety of demand generation activities developed over the successful candidate's career.
- Good working knowledge of the microelectronics industry and the ecosystem in the US Government market.
- Good working knowledge of the government's budgeting process
- Understand deal governance and be comfortable presenting to key executive stakeholders up to and including the Executive Leadership Team.
- Excellent written communications skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
- US Citizenship required
- Ability to Obtain a US Government Security Clearance
- BA or BS degree in Business, Engineering, Math, Science, Marketing, Program/Project Management, or in a related field of study
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Product Development, Program Management, or Operations Management, working with the Department of Energy, Department of Homeland Security, National Science Foundation, NIST or White House Office of Science and Technology Policy or the Defense Industrial Base, Original Equipment Manufacturers/Original Device Manufacturers (OEM/ODM) supporting these agencies
- Experience operating at the strategic level with senior leadership and the adaptability and domain expertise to transition to operational and tactical levels as required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active US Government TS or Q Security Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI access
- Candidate based in the Washington DC Metro area
- Experience of the application of complex and emerging Intel technologies in the domains of Cloud, Edge, 5G, AI, Autonomy and Cyber
- Experience in High Performance Computing supporting the national labs (Oak Ridge, Lawrence Livermore, Lawrence Berkeley, Sandia, Argonne or Los Alamos)
- Program/project management experience to go from technological concept to deployable product solutions that create mission value to the Department of Energy
- Experience with the U.S. Federal Marketplace and Federal System Integrators (this includes major program knowledge, budget cycles, ITAR, design cycles, and large-scale program capture and procurement processes)
- Experience with the Shipley Business Development Process
