- Role can be based in either Sydney, or Melbourne.
- We will prioritise applications currently residing in Australia given restricted visa and relocation availability.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales objectives through the acquisition of new customers
- Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow up, networking and partner relationships
- Manage sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close
- Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of SAP Concur’s products and services
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the territory, marketplace, offerings and other relevant business issues.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs, managing, and organizing input from multiple sources within SAP Concur
- Document sales activities in Salesforce, prepare accurate reports and forecasts, manage pipeline and perform other tasks necessary to drive sales revenue
Job Specific Knowledge & Skills
- 3+ years SaaS sales experience with a strong emphasis on acquiring new customers
- Success achieving and exceeding assigned quotas
- Consultative, solution-based sales methodology (exposure to formal sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Sandler, Challenger etc).
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on persuasion & influence
- Sales experience with financial/accounting applications and/or hosted software solutions is a strong plus
