Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND5+ years related experiencein a construction project management or project controls role with responsibility to understand and analyze cost and schedule project performance
- OR equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to generate descriptive and predictive insights from data via analytic methods.
- Advanced experience with Excel, SharePoint, Visio, Python and Power BI
Other Requirements:
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years experience working on data center projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years related experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- Construction industry experience with a background in project controls functions managing complex, multi-group, multi-disciplinary projects.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and develop support from a wide variety of stakeholders including cost management and scheduling teams, design and engineering managers, construction managers as well as finance partners, software engineers and various levels of executives.
- Effective communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated commitment to data-driven decision-making and program management skills
- Advanced ability to develop, update and maintain reporting dashboards using software packages such as Python & Power BI
