What You’ll Do:

  • Support the execution of our global compensation and benefits programs across multiple regions.
  • Conduct job evaluations, benchmarking, and compensation analyses using market data and internal equity assessments.
  • Partner with People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to provide guidance on salary offers, promotions, and total compensation packages.
  • Assist in the design and execution of annual compensation review cycles, including merit increases, bonuses, and equity refresh.
  • Collaborate on global benefits renewals and vendor management processes, ensuring programs are competitive, compliant, and cost-effective.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and inform data-driven recommendations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or related HR functions in fast-paced, global environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with compensation platforms (e.g., Radford, Mercer, Pave) a plus.
  • Solid understanding of core compensation principles, job leveling, benchmarking, and benefits fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex topics simply and clearly.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and comfort operating in ambiguity and change.
