DESCRIPTION

As a Worldwide Specialist, you will own the growing adoption, utilization, and revenue for an AWS service(s) worldwide. You will gather customer and industry needs and partner with AWS product teams to innovate, develop, and deliver AWS offerings. WW Specialists are technically savvy resources responsible for identifying opportunities to innovate with customers, influencing the AWS product roadmap, and driving revenue for a specific AWS service(s). As a WW Specialist, you will own, develop, and implement technical go-to-market plans and sales plays for new or existing services, and drive customer and partner engagements by participating in AWS field enablement activities.Key job responsibilities
An entrepreneurial spirit with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity.Analytical capabilities - understanding problems and finding pragmatic solutions to them quickly
You have designed large scale programs/mechanisms and complex processes that can scale.You understand how to automate onboarding experiences that guide partners and end-users to platform adoption with minimal “face-to-face” time.You have proven experience in being able to identify, network and nurture champions and you have helped build and document success stories

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience with technology transformation initiatives
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- 5 years of technology domain expertise
