Job Requirements
- Manage the financial planning and analysis process for G&A expenses, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Partner with department heads to develop and track departmental budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Analyze G&A expense trends and variances, providing insights and recommendations to the business partners and senior management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to G&A expenses.
- Assist in the development of financial models and scenarios to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel. Experience working in Hyperion is a plus!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated process improvement and project management skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with a focus on G&A expense management.
