What You’ll Do
- Lead a high performing team of S&P associates to coach, develop, and multiply the impact of the team along partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to guide, analyze, and provide strong recommendations for the organization and leadership.
- Be a vocal leader to drive the conversations in cross-functional projects with our sales, operations, product, engineering, S&P, and systems teams to drive strategy and achieve targets.
- You will work closely with global and regional teams to analyze, build models to evaluate the economics, value, and opportunity costs of programs and potential partners to drive the optimal selection strategy across markets, and multiply sales headcount productivity.
- You will work closely with cross-functional business leaders across the organization on topics including analyzes, planning, forecasting, etc.
- Create points of view and provide recommendations about our processes, how to make them more efficient, dig into data to measure the impact, and provide recommendations to the team and cross-functional partners. Including presenting to senior management and stakeholders of the organization.
- Partner with regional Commercial Ops, S&P, and Sales Management to help shape the Uber sales organization, future direction, and strategy.
- Guide the team in all aspects about commercial financial, operational, and performance aspects of the Uber Delivery Sales function and the broader business.
- Maintain strong relationships with the DCO members and cross-functional partners, clearly communicating with them on all aspects of the partnership.
- Set up ongoing tracking of sales performance, provide plans and set targets, finding opportunities for improvement.
Basic Qualifications:Preferred Qualifications:- Experience problem-solving and passion for prioritizing and deconstructing complex problems effectively and consistently.
- Analytical skills: you have an aptitude for framing business questions with data, translating business needs into strategies, and executing tactics and process improvements.
- Experience with financial planning and a strong understanding of the P&L
- You must be a self-starter and able to work independently, navigating ambiguous situations
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$137,000 per year - USD$152,000 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$152,000 per year - USD$169,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$152,000 per year - USD$169,000 per year.
