The Product Manager's primary responsibilities focuses on our Interventional Radiology and Injection Solution pipeline.Leads, coordinates and/or manages execution of marketing plans, identifies and executes opportunities for growth and share gain, and contributes to the development of a product/portfolio strategy including product positioning. Optimizes commercial execution though development of marketing and launch plans and aligning market insights with technology trends. Operates with some autonomy but are typically subject to standard sales practices and procedures. The role is subject to regular review of sales results.


[Job Description Summary]

The PM's primary responsibility is to plan and execute the product marketing activities, focusing mainly on the Interventional Radiology and Injection Solution pipeline.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with the sales team and internal and external cross-functional teams, aligned with the global marketing team
  • Accountable for achieving business goals, including sales, net profit, demand forecast, pricing, and budget management
  • Contribute to increasing the market presence of GE HealthCare and brand success
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure understanding of marketing programs and provide product training
  • Identify market research needs and develop market surveys to gain information
  • Work with the global marketing team closely to harmonize brand strategy
  • Cultivate and enhance key customer relationships and partnerships
  • Ensure all promotional activities comply with regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
  • Language: A strong command of written and verbal English is required
  • Experience: 3-7 years of medical or marketing experience in healthcare industry. Experience in multi-channel marketing is preferred
  • Other skills: Strong drive for results, strategic business planning and project management, and the ability to thrive in a complex environment
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
