- Advise on a variety of employment matters including hiring and recruiting, discipline, investigations, wages and hours, accommodations, terminations, workforce restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. Work with internal partners to achieve legal compliance and meet regulatory requirements. - Investigate and respond to demand letters and administrative or governmental inquiries and investigations. Work with outside counsel on FWC applications, litigations and discrimination claims. - Formulate and revise standard terms and conditions of employment and People policies, advise on employee consultation and government filing requirements.- Contribute to knowledge sharing, expertise and skills to assist in improving decision making in employment and labour law issues in the region.
