Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

• Analyze SCM operations in terms of accuracy and correctness.
• Ensure Capacities of various activities are created to support the business.
• Create visibility through dashboards to support the transparency of SCM operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze SCM operations: correct distribution of stocks in the DC, overview of KPI versus actual information.
• Manage costs for the DC, timely complete all the financial processes as required.
• Drive cost reductions and quality improvements initiatives.
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly Operational Reviews (DOR-WOR-MOR).
• Seek continuous improvements in terms of utilization, frequency and lead times.
• Standard Operating Procedure to be constantly monitored, improved and executed.
• Maintaining, monitoring and reporting KPI’s to senior management.
• Problem solving, solutions and process management.
• Monitor and report monthly actual costs / volumes compared to budget.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Degree Level Qualification in Economics, Engineering or similar.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Power BI user (the candidate will create dashboards in Power BI).
• Excellent skills in communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Analytical Skills.
• Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills.
• Ability to challenge the status-quo.
