Responsibilities:
Coordinating individual tasks as part of a broader process initiative
Collaborating within the team and across teams
Documenting data and information and using analytics and reporting to provide transparency to decision makers
Tracking and resolving process breakdowns
Understanding customer’s needs of the process and driving process improvements
Providing centralized oversight of the process and conducting regular process risk assessments
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of experience in Process management
At least 1 year of experience working in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Business, Marketing or Project Management
Project Management, PMI Certification, or Process Management Certification
At least 2 years of experience in Process management
At least 1 year of experience in Project management
