Manager, Time & Attendance
Expected Outcomes:
On-time, accurate delivery of employee time and attendance
Meet/exceed success metrics and key process indicators
Ensure compliance to local laws and regulations
Employee development including skills growth and succession plans
Key Requirements:
Oversight and responsibility for regional time, attendance programs, including compliance to legal and regulatory requirements.
Ensures all time, attendance, and legislative deadlines are met across the payroll portfolio managing exceptions as necessary
Partners with HR IT to integrate new systems and apply compliance changes
Escalates unresolved issues to Regional and Global Payroll Leader as appropriate
Ensure seamless data flow between timekeeping systems and payroll systems to avoid discrepancies and delays.
Creating a work environment for employee engagement
Manage key stakeholders:
Manage the interaction with other internal regional and global service delivery groups
Maintain and report service levels:
Tracks performance and measure operations to ensure that payroll delivers on requirements
Delivers monthly operations reports and reports out to HRS and HR leadership as requested.
People management experience direct or indirect
T&A/Payroll experience or similar relevant experience
Experience with executing system implementations and projects
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Analytical skills to identify trends and drive results
Able to work with different projects and prioritize activities
