About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and managing accounts for Mid-Market merchants. You'll also lead the strategy for acquisition and account management with a clear focus on data analysis, scalable approaches, and strong team building.
What you’ll do- Clearly communicate the value of Uber Direct to Mid-Market accounts.
- Manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
- Analyze operational metrics to ensure order reliability.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly financial and qualitative goals.
- Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving to navigate complex challenges.
- Act as an ambassador for Uber's mission, brand, and product, providing solutions for partners and the team.
What You’ll Need- A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, key account management, sales, or business development, ideally in a large business or startup environment.
- Proven experience in sales and account management.
- Experience managing sales representatives, including setting procedures, strategies, and goals for the team.
- Strong business acumen and judgment, with a keen understanding of financial information and strategic decision-making.
- Empathy and strong relationship-building skills with both external and internal stakeholders.
- High adaptability to change and the ability to execute quickly, transitioning seamlessly from long-term strategy to immediate tactical response.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and dedicated team player with a passion for building businesses.
- Ability to prioritize sales activities and follow through in a timely manner.
- Negotiation skills with a focus on retaining value.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Analytics.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Basic proficiency in SQL.
- CRM experience.
