WHAT YOU WILL DO

As the, you will report into the Senior Director, Consumer & Marketplace Operations, NA. You will drive the operational offense through execution for activities around the World Cup. Skilled at problem-solving and strategic thinking, you will be orchestrating the various efforts of the team. You will drive operational excellence through clear written and verbal communication, while managing multiple workstreams with competing deadlines. You will connect the dots to ensure we’re tracking to our strategy while bringing activations to life.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training
• A minimum of 6 years of directly relevant work experience
• Proven ability to partner on cross-functional teams supporting large scale change across an organization
• Passionate about processes potential for improving planning, execution, and work/life balance
• Excellent problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills
