Role and Responsibilities

  • Drive key initiatives for the MX Category Management team, driving planning, timelines, tracking, and removing obstacles for the team
  • Conducting deep dive data analyses to identify root cause issues or first principles-based insights to identify new growth opportunities
  • Understand business drivers and develop go-to-market plans for maximizing revenue and profit for key businesses / categories and deliver growth
  • Benchmark competitors and Carriers to identify gaps in experience and how to grow overall performance
  • Driving leadership presentation preparation including doing the detailed analysis and powerpoint slide development
  • Prepare and present in customer meetings to drive partnership opportunities for accelerating Carrier device and plan sales on Samsung.com
  • Create processes and improve ways of working to improve speed to market and creating agility to respond to the business quickly and efficiently
  • Provide leadership and mentorship for junior team members, both directly and indirectly in reporting structure

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of experience with eCommerce P&L or sales responsibility, program management, or similar with accountability to deliver top and bottom line results
  • MBA or graduate degree preferred
  • Strong leader, able to deliver results by partnering with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in data analysis and generating insight driven recommendations
  • Self-starter, able to proactively identify opportunities and lead teams to implement
  • Results-oriented, not afraid of being accountable to hitting monthly and quarterly business targets
  • Previous experience in program management, e-commerce, or similar function, with heavy focus on data analysis and driving revenue / profit. Prior P&L experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment with ability to respond to changing priorities without loss in performance or productivity
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive influence across many levels of the organization
  • Microsoft Standard Office Suite and advanced expertise in PowerPoint and Excel
