Your responsibilities will be to:
Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals
Identify, develop, and manage key automotive accounts across Europe
Represent Johnson Electric in high-level customer engagements, negotiations, and strategic discussions
Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Oversee administrative and operational matters at the Stuttgart site
Promote cross-functional collaboration and internal communication
Drive customer-centric innovation by translating customer needs into actionable solutions
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic priorities
Our requirements:
Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record in negotiation, strategic planning, and team development
Fluent in both German and English (business-level proficiency required)
Strong decision-making skills and business acumen
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
