Skills And Attributes For Success

• 6+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in delivering change projects in the field of change management, corporate culture, social sustainability.
• In-depth knowledge of sustainability is an asset.
• Proven track record in leading projects and people.
• Proven track record in initiating and fostering sustainable client relationships.
• Proficiency in English is a must, Swiss-German, German, French, or Italian an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in English).
