In this role, you will:
- Assess merchant statements to determine eligibility for merchant accounts
- Conduct financial analysis of relevant documents
- Evaluate merchant business models to identify service opportunities
- Perform initial and ongoing application reviews
- Adhere to service level agreements to ensure a timely delivery
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Credit Risk experience within Commercial and/or Corporate Investment Banking.
- Thorough understanding of Credit Risk, ability to review complex financial documents and contractual agreements.
- Strong knowledge of Merchant Services, Treasury Management Services and/or Card Issuing businesses.
- Ability to successfully manage production Service Level Agreements and consistently deliver quality service standards.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner, both internally and externally.
- Proven ability to manage multiple and often competing priorities in a fluid and evolving environment.
- Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to assess current processes/procedures and make recommendations add efficiency to existing processes.

- This position offers a hybrid work schedule with at least three days per week in office
