As an Administrative Assistant to the Director of Operationshere at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in providing high-leveladministrative support to our Director of Operations. Your responsibilitieswill include managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements,preparing reports and presentations, and handling confidential information withdiscretion. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, andability to multitask will contribute to the smooth operation of the Director'soffice. Are you ready to be the right-hand person to our Director of Operationsand ensure the efficient functioning of their office? You will report directlyto our Director of Operations, and you'll work out of our Ciudad Juarez,Chihuahua. In this role, you will impact the organization by: - Managing theDirector's calendar and scheduling appointments and meetings - Coordinatingtravel arrangements and preparing itineraries - Assisting in the preparation ofreports, presentations, and other documents - Handling sensitive andconfidential information with utmost discretion - Acting as a liaison between theDirector and internal/external stakeholders - Organizing and maintaining filesand records - Providing general administrative support to the Director andtheir team.

YOU MUST HAVE
• High school diploma or equivalent • 3+ Proven experience as anadministrative assistant or similar role • Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to handleconfidential information with discretion • Strong written and verbalcommunication skills.

Advanced English written and verbal is a must

• Associate's or bachelor’s degree in business administration ora related field • Experience in supporting senior-level executives • Knowledgeof office management systems and procedures • Ability to prioritize andmultitask in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving anddecision-making skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team •Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
