Proactive, self-sufficient, and highly organised with outstanding time managements skills.Bachelor's degree/Graduate preferred.
At least 5 years of overall customer engagement/service experience.
Fluent English and German speaker (other languages are also a plus!).
Able to travel abroad quarterly as required.
