About the RoleAs a key member of the team, you will:
- Build Uber Advertising’s reputation as an essential partner for the largest agency holding companies, as well as local and independent agencies.
- Develop and nurture relationships with agency C-suite executives.
- Lead efforts to establish meaningful, long-term collaborations with agency partners.
What You’ll Do- Define Strategy: Develop and execute Uber Advertising’s agency strategy to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Drive Results: Partner with sales and functional leaders to achieve revenue targets and exceed expectations.
- Educate and Empower: Equip agency partners with a deep understanding of Uber’s advertising platform, helping them maximize its potential.
- Expand Relationships: Increase the engagement of Uber advertisers across agency portfolios.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver on agency needs and drive innovation.
What You’ll Need- Experience: At least 5 years in digital advertising sales, with expertise in working with large, complex enterprise brands and organizations.
- Agency Expertise: Knowledge of the local market, agency structures, and key stakeholders.
- Strategic Planning: Proven ability to create and execute strategic plans that drive success for both partners and Uber.
- Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to use data to influence decision-makers.
- Collaboration: Exceptional cross-functional skills, working effectively with diverse teams to meet shared goals.
