As a participant in the Drive The Future - Brazil Internship Program, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience alongside your studies. You will be part of a dynamic, fast-paced work environment that constantly challenges you to learn and develop. This program is open to Brazil university students and no previous work experience is required. We are looking for proactive, creative, and self-initiated students who are eager to learn. This could be your start to something big.

Required Qualifications:

  • Students of Business Administration, Computer Science, Technology, International Relations or related courses
  • Expecting to graduate in December 2026 or later
  • Advanced English
  • Availability to work in person at the São Paulo office
  • Workload: 30 hours per week (6h/day)
  • Programming knowledge is a plus
  • Interested in pursuing a career in Technology. Opportunities for:
    • Markets Technology (Equity Derivatives): the team assists in the development and maintenance of software applications; performs code reviews and automates development processes.
    • Fixed Income Product Application Development: the team is responsible for developing and implementing strategic technology solutions for Fixed Income transactions in the LatAm region.
    • Payments - Site Reliability Engineering: the team automates tasks, ensures that systems are reliable, manages incidents and optimizes system's performance.
    • Platform Services Database: the team develops and builds solutions to support platforms and implements solutions to enhance applications.
    • L1 Support: support for Front, Middle and Back office through the resolution of tickets and identification of sources of issues.
    • IP Project Manager: the intern will support project leads in planning, executing and closing regional technology projects.
    • Infrastructure Platforms Vendor Management: the team is responsible for overseeing infrastructure vendors and new services onboarding, maintaining relationships with existing providers, managing contracts and paying invoices.
