Receptionist _ Hanoi Office

Your key responsibilities

• Responsible in answering the switchboard and ensuring that the contacts are directed to the appropriate personnel
• Ensure the reception area is attended at all times during office hours
• Ensure that the meeting rooms are tidy at all times
• Screen all clients/ visitors and make sure that all guests are escorted to the meeting rooms and offered with drinks
• Take messages and forward these immediately to the appropriate recipients
• Taxi reconciliation
• Meeting room booking
• Flower booking
• Making calling report
• Making expense reports on system
• Treat all office matters with the utmost confidentiality
• Handle other duties as assigned by management (support car booking, handling incoming/outgoing mail and overtime meals during peak season)

To qualify for the role you must have

• Good communication skills and good command of spoken English
• Good computer literacy (MS Word/Excel/Power Point)
• Proactive and well-organized
• Conscientious, service and customer-oriented
• Result-oriented
• Able to work under pressure

What we look for

• Fresh graduates with major in Human Resources, Business Administration or related degree or having 1 -2 years’ experience in receptionist.
