the leader of the Partner Channels &Small, Medium & Corporate(SMC) GTM team although you will work closely across GTM LT and GPS LT to lead and orchestrate the regional Partner incentive and investment plan.


Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in business and/or channel strategy, public cloud marketing, partner marketing and/or partner management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience buildinga highlymotivated and profitable partner channels.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders backed by a data driven approach.
  • Experience working with virtual teams across functions and geographies.
  • Experience driving teamwork and cross-team alignment across diverse disciplines
  • Experience with having an executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences at all levels of the company.
  • leveraginginternal and external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners.
  • MBA preferred.

Responsibilities
  • objectivesand partner priorities of the Americas region.
  • Lead the design and development of regional partner incentive programs that support key solution area priorities and align with Microsoft's global partner incentives strategy.
  • Manage theutilizationof program/incentive budgets and ensure 100% compliance with governance requirements, in addition to the WW investments the America’s also has a local cascade of investments and the Partner Incentive Leads (PI Lead) key role is to ensure that the investments are made towards high Return of Investment (ROI) programs andbe responsible forthe budget seasonality and compliance
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of partner incentive programs, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to enhance program effectiveness
