JOB DESCRIPTION

is looking for a Project Manager for our Industrial Fire (IFIR) division for .


Key requirements

  • Attend KOM and periodical meetings with clients
  • Directly interact with customer during job execution
  • Purchasing of materials included in the scope of supply
  • Interface with other internal functions to resolve contingent issues or define strategic processes (Production, Logistic, Warehouse and Project Engineering Team)
  • Project team supports during FAT execution with customer
  • Continuous improvement, cooperate to propose new processes in the project execution
  • Overall responsibility for completing assigned projects “in time” and “in budget”
  • Ensure on time delivery of projects, within scope with zero or positive deviation.
  • Lead creation and maintenance of the project plan. Works with the customer’s project management to coordinate major milestones and resolve schedule issues.
  • Monitor the project processes to identify opportunities for improving the project financial results on the basis of project changes and emerging events
  • Cost control and maximize productivity through the utilization of effective tools, processes and products.
  • Ensure the availability of tools, equipment, and materials required while participating in maintaining and controlling inventory levels.
  • Escalates, and proactively addresses all stakeholders (including customer) in executing their role/tasks within project execution as per expected timeline.
  • Ensure projects are resourced properly. Develop effective partnerships with external subcontractors to ensure an adequate pool of resources is available.

Key skills and qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience as Project Manager
  • Demonstrated ability to lead different stakeholders
  • Client oriented
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation.
  • Ability to understand the implications and assess the appropriate degree of acceptable risk and take actions to minimize risk
  • Drive for Results - achieve results and improvement by overcoming obstacles, remaining effective despite setbacks and challenging current thinking.
  • Engineering/management degree is a plus
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, SharePoint and Microsoft Project
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Decision making ability and supervision skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities
