What you'll do

You will support the team responsible for delivering GxP services in a private cloud environment with different task..

You will work on all incoming mails with regards to GxP training certificates, questions around training, provide guidance to internal stakeholders, etc.

You will check the pending qualification plans, in case of long pending ones you approach the actor for a follow up.

You will check and maintain the qualification plans in the repository, confirm the status to the users, and document this accordingly.

You archive outdated plans, and keep the list of current trained personal up to date.

You are responsible for weekly GxP Training Status reporting.

You follow up on training completion.

With all this tasks you finally will help to ensure audit compliance of the GxP service.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: any
• Computer skills: MS Office skills, MS Sharepoint is a plus
• Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
• Soft skills: open minded person, ability to organize yourself, keen on the details along very precise working style
