Key Responsibilities
- Develops annual and long-term objectives for direct reports with Director interaction. Measures performance of direct reports against success criteria and provides feedback. Attracts/hires and develops top marketing talent.
- Manages execution of specific channel plans in ways consistent with product messaging strategies.
- Leverages marketing science research and analysis to make strategic choices.
- Develops/executes1-2 year integrated franchise marketing plans and budgets, with oversight, annually. Resolves issues within the core team and franchise.
- Identifies new business / acquisition opportunities for franchise.
- Directs/supports product managers in core team activities/responsibilities and oversees completion of PDM requirements.
- Works alongside global marketing counterparts to plan and execute strategies.
- Applies team/franchise/industry knowledge to solve project issues.
- Works within current systems to achieve business objectives (e.g., product development, launch strategies, etc).
- Works with managers in key functional areas, including R&D, sales, reimbursement, new product forecasting C&P, clinical, and regulatory to drive business objectives.
- Raises and facilitates resolution to difficult personal and process conflicts or issues within the team. Builds cross-franchise team competence.
- Demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality. Understands and complies with all regulations governing the quality systems.
Requirement
- Previous experience in Marketing
- Fluent English
- Driver's license
