This role is based in Melbourne and is offered on a part time basis, 30 hours per week over 5 days, for an initial fixed-term period – until 20th December, 2026.
Your key responsibilities
- Deliver high quality and engaging face to face incursion workshops to upper primary and secondary school-aged students across the greater Melbourne area and regional/interstate locations throughout the year (approximately 2-3 weeks of travel per term).
- Deliver virtual workshops to upper primary and secondary school-aged students.
- Collect feedback from teachers and students via digital surveys and other methods.
- Conduct direct outreach through phone calls and email to drive bookings for the program in line with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Administer program bookings in line with established protocols and using proprietary CRM systems and bookings tools.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through CRM data audits and logging CRM issues.
- Provide excellent customer service, including handling queries, maintaining brand representation in all communications, and cultivate positive relationships with schools and internal teams.
- Act as an outstanding brand ambassador for our client
In-school facilitation will typically take place within a 60km radius or up to a maximum of 1.5 hours drive of Melbourne, plus regular interstate/regional delivery therefore travel is a requirement of this position. The successful candidate will hold a valid driver’s license and have access to their own car with compulsory third-party insurance (mileage/travel reimbursement are provided)
Skills and attributes for Success
- Previous experience in presenting, teaching, educating or performing; ideally to school-aged audiences is essential.
- Must be able to quickly learn and retain content for presentations
- Experience telephone-based sales and/or customer service.
- Experience using a digital bookings systems or similar software for recording service records.
- Data Entry experience and proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- As a Facilitator, you must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid and current Working with Children Check.
