In this role you will:
Prepare and/or review recurring and ad hoc journal entries timely and accurately
Prepare and/or review balance sheet account reconciliations for assigned area of responsibility
Create and socialize recurring and ad hoc reporting and analytics, delivering messaging to leadership during monthly close meetings
Fulfill SEC and Regulatory reporting requests
Implement and comply with accounting policies and processes for assigned area of responsibility
Provide support for CORE, audit and compliance groups as needed
Drive process improvement in assigned area of responsibility
Collaborate with several teams across the organization to craft and ground meaningful stories to explain financial results
Operate as a work lead, providing leadership and tactical support for deliverables assigned to other associates on the team
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 3 Years of experience in Accounting, Audit or Finance
At least 2 years of experience in supervising a team of individuals
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
At least 5 years of experience in supervising a team of individuals
At least 5 years of experience in Accounting
