What you'll do

1. Communication & Organization

• Supporting internal and external communication (emails, SharePoint, etc)
• Coordinating internal meetings and calls, supporting agenda creation and follow-ups
• Preparing general slide-decks and documents for strategic topics
• Collaborating with other departments to coordinate strategic initiatives

2. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Supporting the forecasting and pipeline management process
• Analyzing business figures and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Assisting in the preparation of dashboards and performance summaries

3. Support for Executive Management & Strategy Work

• Preparing presentations and reports for management
• Assisting with strategic analyses (e.g., market and customer research)
• Contributing to internal projects in go-to-market-context

4. Event Management

• Assisting in the planning and execution of internal and external events
• Coordinating logistics for executive meetings, conferences, and workshops
• Managing invitations, attendee lists, and event materials
• Supporting post-event analysis and reporting

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business, Management, Economics etc.
• Computer skills: Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Language skills: Fluent in English + German
• Soft skills: Team player, expert in organizing, attention to details
• Others:
  • Strong analytical capabilities a must
  • Problem-solver with tenacity to get the job done
  • Keeping an eye for detail in content creation and analysis
  • Experience in cross-functional teams, ability to manage multiple stakeholders a plus
