About the role:
This position will be based in New York and Follow a hybrid model.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drive in-depth analysis of financial performance to identify key trends, opportunities, and risks for leadership
- Lead the development of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages including board presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to support department leaders and their key departmental metrics
- Develop financial models to support forecasting and ad hoc analysis
- Support tracking of key KPIs and contribute to the development and testing of new KPI definitions
- Develop a deep understanding of business performance to support executive leadership and future planning
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years professional experience in financial planning & analysis or related experience
- Experience in the finance department of a public company is a plus
- Experience partnering with operational business units, supporting budgeting as well as ongoing projects
- Ability to think critically about a business and understand the key value drivers
- Ability to analyze large data sets, infer and communicate key takeaways
- Master in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Netsuite, Pigment, and visualization tools such as Tableau, Qliksense or similar system preferred
- Strong attention to detail, with dedication and ownership over quality of deliverables
- Skilled at creating structure in situations that are uncertain or ambiguous
- Highly articulate with excellent structured verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative, positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Hybrid work:
Salary Range: $108,000 - $134,000 annually + bonus + equity + benefits
