Your key responsibilities
- Partnering with stakeholders to understand business priorities and talent needs, setting clear expectations and building strategic sourcing plans and timelines that support hiring goals.
- Sourcing top-tier talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other digital sourcing tools.
- Leading pre-screening conversations to assess candidate skills, experience, and suitability, ensuring readiness for next-stage interviews.
- Managing the full lifecycle of requisitions, from intake to closure, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
- Embedding DEI principles into sourcing and selection, ensuring inclusive practices and balanced representation.
- Leveraging recruitment dashboards and data insights to monitor pipeline health, identify trends, and influence business decisions through evidence-based hiring strategies.
- Creating a positive recruitment experience through clear communication and thoughtful engagement, building trust with candidates and hiring managers.

- Familiarity with recruitment systems and best practices.
- Expertise in sourcing techniques and recruitment systems and tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to juggle multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Solution-focused approach to recurring challenges, with a proactive attitude toward process improvement and leading structured problem-solving initiatives.
- Ability to analyse data and use insights to make informed decisions and influence hiring outcomes.

Ideally, You’ll also have
- Experience in professional services or consulting recruitment.
- Experience in digital recruitment marketing.
