Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- 5 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated track record of building relationships, cross-functional executive stakeholder management and leadership through influence.
- Ability to influence without authority, working on and with technical, sales and cross-functional or matrixed teams.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment with emphasis on teamwork. Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent complex business concepts with executive leadership.
- Excellent program management, problem-solving and investigative skills, combined with business decision-making and communication skills.
