Major Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality leads to the sales organization and ensure daily/weekly/ monthly KPI and lead production expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Daily Business development support and mentoring to ensure the Sales Development team are utilising correct techniques and processes.
  • Ensure high standard of lead qualification – Utilising a mixture of BANT/SPIOS methodologies and assist in building messaging.
  • Adept in administration of Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn Nav. (Building cadences and so forth)
  • Critical, evolutionary thinking related to lead nurturing / generation.
  • Support regular pitch practice and collaboration sessions.
  • Encourage creative & effective outbound activity.
  • Manage inbound lead ques and Marketing campaigns, distributing these across the Sales Development team.
  • Establish & own relationships with Sales Directors and SDR partner AE’s across NICE – Regularly review GTM strategy
  • Manage the Sales Development team against KPI’s, targets & quotas.
  • Ensure leads are adequately qualified to ensure a high probability of a sale, is ultimately measured on business closed because of leads generated.
  • Inspire Sales Development team members to pursue NICE career development.
  • Responsible for the tracking and reporting of leads via Salesforce.com
  • Follow the company Code of Ethics and NICE policies and procedures at all times.
  • Communicate in an effective and professional way with customers in and outside of NICE.

Experience Requirements:

  • ​Prior sales experience required with demonstrated success in a quota-bearing environment.
  • 2+ years minimum lead generation, sales development, or equivalent experience.
  • Must be able to demonstrate successful management experience.
  • Excellent targeted questioning skills.
  • Superior verbal communication skills and confidence in interacting with senior level executives.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Full-cycle sales process knowledge.
  • Advanced computer usage skills including prior usage of Salesforce.com.​

Experience Preferred:

  • ​Technology / software sales experience preferred
  • Telecommunications background preferred
