- Deliver quality leads to the sales organization and ensure daily/weekly/ monthly KPI and lead production expectations are met and exceeded.
- Daily Business development support and mentoring to ensure the Sales Development team are utilising correct techniques and processes.
- Ensure high standard of lead qualification – Utilising a mixture of BANT/SPIOS methodologies and assist in building messaging.
- Adept in administration of Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn Nav. (Building cadences and so forth)
- Critical, evolutionary thinking related to lead nurturing / generation.
- Support regular pitch practice and collaboration sessions.
- Encourage creative & effective outbound activity.
- Manage inbound lead ques and Marketing campaigns, distributing these across the Sales Development team.
- Establish & own relationships with Sales Directors and SDR partner AE’s across NICE – Regularly review GTM strategy
- Manage the Sales Development team against KPI’s, targets & quotas.
- Ensure leads are adequately qualified to ensure a high probability of a sale, is ultimately measured on business closed because of leads generated.
- Inspire Sales Development team members to pursue NICE career development.
- Responsible for the tracking and reporting of leads via Salesforce.com
- Follow the company Code of Ethics and NICE policies and procedures at all times.
- Communicate in an effective and professional way with customers in and outside of NICE.
Have you got what it takes?
- Prior sales experience required with demonstrated success in a quota-bearing environment.
- 2+ years minimum lead generation, sales development, or equivalent experience.
- Must be able to demonstrate successful management experience.
- Excellent targeted questioning skills.
- Superior verbal communication skills and confidence in interacting with senior level executives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Full-cycle sales process knowledge.
- Advanced computer usage skills including prior usage of Salesforce.com.
You will have an advantage if you also have:
- Technology / software sales experience preferred
- Telecommunications background preferred
