As a Sr. Reliability Engineer here at Honeywell, you willplay a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of ourproducts. Leading a team of reliability engineers, you will develop andimplement comprehensive reliability engineering strategies, plans, andprocesses. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify andresolve reliability issues throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring a unifiedand effective approach. Your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing productfailure data, implementing corrective actions, and conducting rigorousreliability testing to validate and enhance product performance. You will reportdirectly to our Reliability Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of ourGeismar, LA location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impactthe overall reliability and performance of our products, ensuring customersatisfaction and driving the success of our organization.
