As a Sr. Reliability Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of our products. Leading a team of reliability engineers, you will develop and implement comprehensive reliability engineering strategies, plans, and processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify and resolve reliability issues throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring a unified and effective approach. Your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing product failure data, implementing corrective actions, and conducting rigorous reliability testing to validate and enhance product performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with a team of reliability engineers to ensure the reliability and optimal performance of products.
- Develop and implement comprehensive reliability engineering strategies, plans, and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve reliability issues throughout the product lifecycle.
- Analyze product failure data, implement corrective actions, and conduct reliability testing to validate and enhance product performance.
- Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to the reliability engineering team and other stakeholders.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering or a similar role.
- Knowledge of reliability engineering principles, tools, and techniques.
