Key job responsibilities
• Innovation and Problem Solving: Utilize creativity and analytical skills to solve complex problems and implement innovative solutions.
• Adaptability: Quickly adjust to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Large-Scale Windows Server Environments: Design, build, and support extensive Windows server environments.
• Enterprise Tooling: Implement and manage enterprise-scale tooling, such as SCCM, for a large Windows fleet.
• Automation and Scripting: Develop and implement best practices for automating tasks and scripting in large server environments. Proficiency in PowerShell is essential.
• Hardware Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, with hands-on experience in system building.
• Networking and Windows Administration: Strong understanding of networking principles and expert-level Windows administration.
• Global Deployment: Create scripts and automation tasks applicable to a global server fleet.
• On call: Participate in a 24x7 on call rotation that supports global customers

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in building and supporting large-scale Windows server environments.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Proficiency in enterprise tooling, particularly SCCM, and solid networking knowledge with Windows administration expertise.
• Expertise in automation and scripting, specifically building PowerShell scripts from scratch and deploying them to large server environments; familiarity with additional automation tools and scripting languages.
• Expert understanding of Windows tools such as Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server Update Services (WSUS); experience in patching Windows systems at a large scale.
• Familiarity with additional tools and technologies like Hyper-V, Windows Failover Clustering, and AWS tooling and services; hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and system building.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
