- Technical Infrastructure: Deploy, manage, and support large-scale Windows and Linux environments, including virtualization platforms and networking components
- Automation & Development: Create and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell, Python, or Bash, focusing on scalable deployment processes and infrastructure management
- Cloud Services: Work with AWS or similar cloud platforms to support hybrid infrastructure environments
- System Design: Architect and implement secure, scalable solutions while considering system interdependencies and limitations
- Problem Solving: Analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions through root cause analysis
- Security & Compliance: Identify security risks, develop mitigation plans, and participate in compliance efforts
- Operational Support: Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation supporting global infrastructure
- Travel: Minimal travel required; must maintain valid passport for occasional international travelAbout the team

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Demonstrated proficiency in large-scale Windows or Linux environments (5+ years)
- Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud technologies (3+ years)
- Strong background in system, network, and application administration
- Proficiency in automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- Available for 24/7 on-call rotation and up to 20% travel
- Strong IT infrastructure and networking expertise
- Advanced cloud platform knowledge (AWS or similar)
- Demonstrated automation and scripting capabilities
- Experience in data center or mission-critical environments
- Project management experience with complex technical initiatives
- Strong documentation and communication skills
